              交流接觸器是電力拖動和自動控制系統中應用最普遍的一種低壓控制電器。作為執行元件,用于接通、分斷線路、或頻繁的控制電動機等設備運行。由動、靜主觸頭,滅弧罩,動、靜鐵芯,輔助觸頭和支架外殼等組成。電磁線圈通電后,使動鐵芯在電磁力作用下吸合,直接或通過杠桿傳動使動觸頭與靜觸頭接觸,接通電路。電磁線圈斷電后,動鐵芯在復位彈簧作用下自動返回,俗稱釋放,觸頭分開,電路分斷。超過九成以上的自動化控制電力系統都用到了接觸器,可見它的使用范圍有多么廣。

              當線圈通電時,靜鐵芯產生電磁吸力,將動鐵芯吸合,由于觸頭系統是與動鐵芯聯動的,因此動鐵芯帶動三條動觸片同時動作,主觸點閉合,和主觸點機械相連的輔助常閉觸點斷開,輔助常開觸點閉合,從而接通電源。當線圈斷電時,吸力消失, 動鐵芯聯動部分依靠彈簧的反作用力而分離,使主觸頭斷開,和主觸點機械相連的輔助常閉觸點閉合,輔助常開觸點斷開,從而切斷電源。

              ABB接觸器代理
              一:一般三相接觸器一共有8個點,三路輸入,三路輸出,還有是控制點兩個。輸出和輸入是對應的,很容易能看出來。如果要加自鎖的話,則還需要從輸出點的一個端子將線接到控制點上面。
